We ship nationally and internationally at the cost and delivery time indicated at the time of purchase.

👉 Where do we ship? :

Because we are a small business, we ship domestically and internationally (European Union, Norway, UK, Switzerland, LATAM and USA).

If you live in another country and want to buy any of our pieces, send us an email to pedidosradhastribe@gmail.com and we will see what we can do♡

Below you will find the conditions for each type of shipment:

👉 Regular mail:

To reduce our carbon footprint, our packages are delivered to your home on Tuesdays and Fridays.

On restocking days or during big promotions, shipping times may be altered. We will do our part to send it to you on time, but Danae only has 2 hands, hehe 🤓

To ensure accurate delivery times, choose “Correos Express”.

👉 Correos Express National + Portugal:

All orders placed before 10am will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the following day.

*Deadlines are as close as possible, they may occasionally be altered due to the large volume of work we may have. We are only 3 people behind the project.

👉 Which carriers do we work with?:

For national shipments + Portugal we work with Correos y Telégrafos and Correos Expres.

For international shipments we work with UPS.

RETURNS

• We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt of the order.

• The product must be in perfect condition, with the label and in its bag.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the client.

• Returns are not accepted from the Imperfect Pieces section, as these are discounted items due to their small (im)perfections.

• Bikinis: We accept returns but the product must be clean, we reserve the right to not accept the return if it is not in good condition.

• If the product arrives in poor condition, please contact us.

• Christmas holidays: we have extended the return period to 30 days for orders received from December 1st to January 5th.

Do you want to make a return?

Please write us a return request within 14 days after receiving your product to pedidosradhastribe@gmail.com and we will begin the process.

Remember that all our garments are made from recycled saris and that their apparent imperfections are part of their history ❤️
